Founded in 2025, R4C Tech brings proven expertise in artificial intelligence, cyber-physical systems, and systems engineering to deliver mission-critical solutions. With successful R&D projects for defense, aerospace, and security applications, we transform complex technical challenges into operational advantages through reliable, high-performance software systems. R4C Tech is a lean, founder-led specialist. Its Arc Suite is a build-and-validate proving ground for complex multi-vendor mission workflows, with an observability layer proven in production over roughly a year at the U.S. Space Force SDA TAP Lab.
R4C Tech is led by its founder, Dr. Jubilee Prasad Rao, an aerospace, defense, and artificial-intelligence researcher with a track record of delivering mission-critical systems for NASA, the U.S. Space Force, U.S. Navy, U.S. Army, and other federal agencies.

Dr. Prasad Rao holds a PhD in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering from Rutgers University. He has served as Principal Investigator and Lead Engineer on federal research and development across the U.S. Space Force, NASA, U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, DTRA, DHS, and the Department of Energy, and has briefed U.S. Space Force leadership and Congressional committees on Space Domain Awareness technologies. He is the author of 14 peer-reviewed publications in machine learning, anomaly detection, and aerospace systems.
